Job summary

Centellic is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the operational execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns. You will focus on audience segmentation, campaign execution, project management, and client reporting, partnering with the Senior Client Marketing Manager to ensure timely, accurate delivery and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or related field.
• Experience with marketing databases, CRM platforms, and/or marketing automation tools, including building audience segments and data management.
• Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of webcast, custom content, lead generation, and other digital campaigns from kickoff to completion.
• Manage campaign timelines and workflows using project management platforms; communicate status and risks.
• Gather campaign requirements with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams for approvals and launch.
• Perform QA on emails, links, and audience segments prior to deployment.
• Prepare client reports and analyze campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining campaign documentation and improving workflows.
