  • Coordinate marketing technology implementations and launch readiness across cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Develop repeatable operational processes that improve execution and scalability.
Reporting & Insights
  • Partner with Analytics to define marketing reporting requirements.
  • Validate that dashboards and reporting accurately reflect business and measurement requirements.
  • Document metrics, tracking standards, and operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve measurement, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related role supporting DTC ecommerce, consumer app, subscription, or growth marketing organizations.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional Growth Marketing teams across CRM/Lifecycle, Paid Media, App Marketing, CRO/Merchandising, Analytics, and Product.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing, administering, or optimizing marketing technology platforms and measurement tools such as Iterable, AppsFlyer, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Rockerbox, Impact, Looker, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience supporting DTC, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
