Job description

Dollamur's mats and surfaces show up under some of the biggest names in wrestling, gymnastics, fitness, and martial arts — and the systems behind our marketing and sales run through this role. The Marketing Operations Manager owns HubSpot as our marketing and sales engine, turns data into insights leadership can act on, and keeps cross-functional projects moving from idea to execution. If you like being the person who things happen, this is your seat.

NOTE: This opportunity does NOT offer relocation assistance.

What You'll Do
  • Own HubSpot end to end — day-to-day system management, training support, continuous improvement, and administration to keep the machine running full-speed.
  • Set the standard for CRM governance: data integrity, SOPs, user documentation, and best practices that make the system trustworthy for everyone who touches it.
  • Manage configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations, and support users so the platform actually gets used the way it's meant to.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to sharpen lead management, the customer lifecycle, and operations across the board — from lead to order to post-sale customer care.
  • Spot automation and AI-powered opportunities that cut manual work, boost productivity, and make our Sales Managers more efficient and our customers even happier.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and KPIs that turn marketing, sales, and customer data into insight leadership can act on.
  • Dig into the numbers — lead generation, conversion, pipeline, sales cycle, segmentation, attribution, customer lifetime value — to flag trends and recommend next moves.
  • Lead cross-functional CRM projects start to finish: planning, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing timelines and resources, and keeping things on track.
  • Build and maintain project plans, and get ahead of risks and roadblocks before they become problems.
  • Work alongside leadership on strategic initiatives — new product launches, partnerships, technology rollouts, customer experience improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Create sales enablement resources, communication templates, and CRM assets that keep things consistent and effective across teams.
  • Support customer engagement through segmentation, lifecycle marketing, surveys, and feedback programs.
  • Present project updates, results, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on marketing technology, CRM capabilities, and industry best practices — and bring back what's worth adopting.
  • Take on other tasks and duties as needed.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience that gets you to the same place.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM administration, marketing technology, project management, or something adjacent.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and administering HubSpot is ideal, but hands-on experience and mastery of a comparable CRM platform is meaningful.
  • A track record with marketing automation, reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A history of working well with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to make processes better.
Skills That Set You Up to Succeed
  • First and foremost, you like to have fun and enjoy working with great people.
  • Positive attitude and proactive nature, up for every challenge.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and marketing technology.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • A knack for turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Real attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common business software.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating well across departments.

This role moves between an office and a manufacturing environment to get the job done. Expect regular sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and typing, along with the focus and awareness to work safely around audible and visual cues. Occasionally, you may need to move objects up to 50 lbs.
