Sign In App, a leader in access and visitor management, seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing tech stack and data integrity. You will ensure campaigns launch on time, leads route reliably, and reporting stays accurate across platforms.

You’ll coordinate with an external agency while owning the systems day to day, building automated campaigns and dashboards to drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS experience required in marketing operations.
• 3–5 years hands-on in marketing operations as an administrator.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
• Experience with system integrations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4/GTM).
• Build and maintain automated nurture campaigns and lead routing.
• Create real-time dashboards and reporting across campaigns.
• Oversee forms, lists, data segmentation, and data quality.
• Support integrations and troubleshoot marketing tech issues.
• Maintain documentation and governance of marketing requests.
• Ensure campaigns launch on time with accurate reporting.
