TogetherWork is hiring a Manager of Marketing Operations in Austin, TX with a hybrid–remote approach. You will own the enterprise HubSpot environment across 20+ products, partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to build scalable processes, and drive data-driven decisions.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced software environment. You will shepherd lead routing, scoring, nurture, and lifecycle management, while ensuring governances and integrations

Formación

• 5-7 years in B2B Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in SaaS/tech.
• Deep HubSpot expertise with ability to build and troubleshoot workflows and reporting.
• Experience across an integrated marketing technology stack including Salesforce and marketing analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as enterprise HubSpot administrator for 20+ products and integrations.
• Build scalable marketing operations processes with lifecycle, lead routing, and nurture.
• Improve data quality, attribution, and campaign reporting across teams.
• Establish governance, naming conventions, and scalable platform standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, analytics, and product to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support buyer journey improvements from lead capture to Sales handoffs and re-engagement.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize marketing workflows.
