Job summary

Element Electronics is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate Manager to drive day-to-day execution of marketing and creative projects across brands. You will own project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating across Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure on-time launches and consistent brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project management, creative production, or related field.
• Experience with project management and creative workflow platforms like Workfront, Asana, Monday.com and understanding of digital asset requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing and creative projects across brands, products, campaigns, and channels, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Translate priorities into actionable project plans and support prioritization across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, leading status meetings and ensuring accountability.
• Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks, improving efficiency and scalability across marketing.
