Job summary

Gurobi Optimization seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to scale our global demand generation engine. You will drive campaign execution, data governance, and lead lifecycle management in a fast-growing B2B software environment.

You will partner with the Marketing Operations Director to optimize automation, reporting, and AI-powered workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs to Sales and SDRs while improving pipeline visibility and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, or related role within a B2B software organization.
• Advanced Marketo expertise including admin, campaigns, lead lifecycle, and reporting.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience with leads, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of demand gen programs and funnel metrics.
• Hands-on LeanData experience: routing, territory assignment, and workflows.
• Experience enabling AI tools, automation, or analytics to boost performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Demand Gen to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across channels.
• Build campaign workflows, audience segmentation, nurture programs, and automations.
• Maintain governance and QA standards for campaigns and data quality.
• Analyze funnel, pipeline, ROI, velocity, and attribution to improve results.
• Align marketing and sales processes, SLAs, and lead handoffs.
