Responsibilities

• Create digital and printed images, copy, and designs for Eden Foods branding.
• Craft messages and imagery to support product availability and goals.
• Manage relationships with vendors and marketing industry personnel.
• Maintain organized business records and files for Marketing and the Company.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments for timely work.
• Interface Marketing with outside companies and industry participants.
• Organize efficient use of department personnel for projects.
• Oversee the Marketing Dept.'s budgets in line with priorities.
• Manage Marketing business systems; create SOPs and instructions.
• Identify and vet suppliers; gather relevant information.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, and lead times with suppliers.
• Transition purchasing to Purchasing after specs and methods are set.
• Collaborate with Eden Departments for review and billing accuracy.
• Track materials and asset receipts; support change notices for art.
• Communicate project details to Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, IT, Accounting.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and ERP oversight.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google/Meta/Programmatic.
• Review analytics; measure results and inform future strategy.
• Report monthly on Marketing outreach to departments and industry.
• Stay knowledgeable about food regulatory rules and changes.
• Make judgments on nutritional info usage in Marketing and Sales.
