Job summary

UtiliSave, LLC is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the technical implementation of our marketing roadmap. You will steer multi-channel campaigns, align content with company goals, and manage data-driven optimization across SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and CRMs.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to measure ROI, pipeline impact, and brand health while overseeing budgets and cross-functional execution in a remote, U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technical aspects of the core requirements.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics.
  • Certified in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing/CRM.
  • Ownership of KPIs such as lead generation volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and email open rates.
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing automation platforms such as Replay.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and executive reporting skills.
  • Proven success in managing the technical aspect of building and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical implementation side of the marketing roadmap—setting priorities, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies based on the content created by other team members so that all marketing efforts are aligned with company vision, growth goals, and revenue targets including posts, social media content and campaigns, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure that the implementation of the marketing strategy is consistent in all touchpoints.
  • Oversee marketing implementation cost budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the technical aspect of all digital marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives, including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, email marketing list sourcing, management and tracking and website updates and performance monitoring to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Report on campaign results, ROI, pipeline impact, and brand health to leadership.
  • Serve as a brand guardian for all aspects of marketing implementation
  • Generate reports on department progress and outline strategies for improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects assigned.

UtiliSave is seeking a marketing professional with extensive experience in technical operations and execution of the full gamut of social media platforms, email marketing infrastructure and all emerging forms of advanced marketing techniques driven by technology and AI. Our business serves the B-to-B marketplace. The appropriate candidate will expand our infrastructure to further build UtiliSave’s brand and to continue to build and affirm UtiliSave and its CEO’s standing as an industry leader, at the forefront of its thought leadership.

Our clients are large organizations with significant energy and utility usage, such as manufacturers, hospitals, nursing homes, commercial and residential buildings, universities, hotels and religious and government facilities. We identify unique savings opportunities using our unmatched knowledge of utility tariff structures and our powerful proprietary IT and knowledge-based systems.

This is a full-time, remote position. You must have a suitable work area available during all working hours, free of distractions. Work hours are 9-6 pm Eastern Standard Time.

You must be a resident in the United States living in a state with no more than a one (1) hour time difference from Eastern Standard Time.

You must be authorized to permanently work in US either as a US Citizen or an active Green Card holder. No other conditions will be acceptable.
