Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with a B2B background preferred
• Solid project management skills with multiple concurrent projects
• Experience managing logistics for trade shows, conferences, or events
• Hands-on experience with project management software (Jira/Asana/Trello)
• Familiarity with marketing ops tools (ActiveCampaign/Salesforce/Zapier/Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace)
• Social media management experience
• Comfort with AI tools to automate tasks and improve outcomes
• Self-starter with strong communication and cross‑functional coordination
• Attention to detail and quick to learn new tools

Responsibilities

• Own internal marketing documentation and run-of-show resources, keeping timelines and deliverables visible
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives from kickoff through completion
• Manage logistics for trade shows and industry events
• Serve as primary contact for event vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
• Source and submit speaking and conference proposals and manage deadlines
• Manage event inventory and webinar logistics
• Coordinate production of sales enablement assets and gated content
• Manage email campaigns and trade ad submissions
• Gather requirements from Sales and translate to logistics plans
• Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder communications across the organization
