Luke's Lobster is seeking a Marketing Operations & Design Coordinator to join our team in Portland, ME. This hybrid role supports daily marketing initiatives across shacks, website, and digital channels, balancing creative production with operational execution.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and hands-on with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related fields, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, creative production, or related field.
• Strong design eye with typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to translate campaign needs.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations: update Luke's Lobster website and execute email campaigns.
• Design & Creative Production: create basic materials using brand guidelines.
• Print & Marketing Production: manage production, quotes, proofs, and prints.
• Shack & Field Marketing Support: assist shack teams with marketing material needs.
• Collaborate with external designers and partners on larger projects.
• Prepare files for print/digital and maintain asset libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
