Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator in Irving, TX to assist the Business Development team with CRM data maintenance, reporting, and client communications. The role supports marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in administration or marketing support, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced restoration services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in administrative, marketing support, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data and prepare client reports and dashboards.
• Audit activity and ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity.
• Support marketing campaigns, materials, and client communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects between Business Development, Operations, and Customer Experience.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with reporting and process improvements.
