Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator in Irving, TX to streamline sales and marketing operations. You will maintain CRM data, prepare client communications, and assist with campaigns and reporting across the Business Development team.

The role supports account executives, project managers, and operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong client relationships in a fast-paced restoration services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in administrative, marketing or sales support roles.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data and prepare client reports and dashboards.
• Audit activity to ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity.
• Support marketing campaigns, materials, and event coordination.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to move warranty projects forward.
