Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the development of retail sales publications from proofing through printing and distribution. You will assist with program implementation, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with printers and store mailrooms.

The role requires a High School Diploma, proficiency in Excel and Word, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with retail marketing program implementation and support.
• Proof all retail marketing materials for accuracy prior to deployment.
• Monitor dates to ensure stores receive materials on time.
• Coordinate direct shipment of marketing materials from printer to stores.
• Coordinate with mailrooms for distribution of materials as needed.
• Supervise vendor billing for participation in programs.
• Maintain budget spreadsheet of marketing expenditures and credit letters.
• Develop Zipline and TeamNet communications for monthly sale kits.
• Provide support via calls, emails, and e-forms to team members and vendors.
• Assist with other store promotions and special department projects.
