Based at our San Diego headquarters, the role drives logistics across content, events, paid media, PR and more, ensuring projects run smoothly. The role involves day-to-day operations, PO/invoice management, product shipments, cross‑functional collaboration, and keeping documentation organized.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business operations, administration, or related field.
• San Diego based – hybrid role with in-office work at least 3 days/week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend in a shipping/staging area.

Aufgaben

• Open and manage purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Process SOWs and trafficking contracts with legal.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for products and marketing materials.
• Support events, product launches, campaigns with operational logistics.
• Maintain documentation, files, contracts, invoices and trackers.
