Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing, events, or related fields and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing areas with a hybrid home/office setup and growth opportunities within a dynamic tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing, events, or communications experience.
• Experience supporting events or marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop new ideas.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
• Manage event logistics including schedules, vendors, venues, registration, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality events.
• Participate in on-site event execution as needed.
• Help measure event effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
