• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, project coordination, office operations, or a related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and organize department invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, receipts, and related documentation.
• Monitor marketing expenses, maintain budget trackers, and reconcile expenditures with Finance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing questions and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain records, calendars, files, and branding assets for campaigns and events.
