Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, agency, or operations work, or strong demonstrated aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person client meetings, site visits, and Cleveland-area events.
• Capture local content for LinkedIn, case studies, and speaking engagements.
• Support founder calendar, inbox triage, and prep for sales and partner meetings.
• Run local prospect research and warm outreach support.
• Coordinate cross-team project timelines and client deadlines.
• Handle vendor, office, and local administrative tasks.
• Build operational SOPs as you learn each function.
