Descripción del empleo

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate (Contract) based in the United States.

This role provides critical operational support for a growing Student Loans marketing business within a remote-first environment.

You will manage the recurring processes that keep marketing channels accurate, compliant, and financially sound.

Your work will span lender compliance, partner communications, reporting, affiliate campaigns, contracts, billing, and marketplace content.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, lenders, traffic partners, and other internal teams to keep initiatives moving efficiently.

The position offers broad exposure to marketing operations, performance marketing, financial reconciliation, and regulated content.

Success will require strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

This is an opportunity to build operational expertise while directly supporting growth and helping consumers make informed financial decisions.

Accountabilities:
  • Process lender-initiated compliance updates, including APRs, disclosures, and regulated content, across landing pages and internal systems while coordinating with external partners to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain marketing reports and Google Sheets dashboards, including month-over-month and year-over-year analyses, campaign and partner performance reporting, and monthly billing reviews.
  • Investigate discrepancies between reports and underlying data sources and coordinate their resolution.
  • Manage Student Loans marketplace landing pages and lender display order, including creating new pages, updating existing content, and supporting partner requests such as logo split tests and partner-provided pages.
  • Configure affiliate campaigns in Voluum and distribute creative assets to traffic partners to support acquisition initiatives.
  • Reconcile partner invoices and billing across both sides of the marketplace by validating traffic-partner invoices, reviewing discrepancies, submitting requisitions, auditing lender invoices, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain payout rates and revenue terms in internal systems to support accurate reporting, bidding, partner reconciliation, and operational tracking.
  • Manage the contract pipeline through Ironclad, tracking agreements through each stage and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding and renewals.
  • Coordinate across lenders, traffic partners, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recurring workflows, streamline administrative processes, and use automation or AI tools to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 0--3 years of relevant experience is preferred, with consideration for candidates with additional experience in marketing operations, affiliate or performance marketing, financial reconciliation, project coordination, account management, or related operational roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dashboard creation.
  • Comfort working with numerical data, reconciling figures, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work across new platforms and internal systems, including tools such as Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress, Amplitude, Databricks, and custom applications.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills for working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling regulated content, financial information, contracts, invoices, and external communications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and consistently follow through on open items.
  • Proactive approach to stakeholder follow-up and problem-solving, with sound judgment about when to work independently and when to seek guidance or escalation.
  • Adaptability and comfort switching between compliance, content management, reporting, billing, contracts, and affiliate operations.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to connect day-to-day operational activities with broader business objectives and consumer-focused outcomes.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking or attribution platforms such as Voluum, Impact Radius, Everflow, CAKE, or TUNE is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts such as CPL, CPA, attribution, conversion tracking, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or another regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable or receivable, invoice reconciliation, or billing audits is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is beneficial.
  • Experience with contract management platforms such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM and content management systems such as WordPress is helpful.
  • Comfort using AI tools or lightweight automation platforms, including LLM-based assistants or workflow automation tools, is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Hourly compensation: $30--$50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Contract: 3--6 month W-2 contract, with potential for extension or conversion depending on performance and business needs.
  • Estimated engagement period: November 2026 through April 2027.
  • Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week, generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST preferred.
  • Fully remote position for candidates based in the United States.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Flexible vacation time, 11 holidays, and a company shutdown period.
  • New parent leave for qualifying employees.
  • Mental health support and wellness resources.
  • Health and Dependent Care FSA and HSA options with employer contributions.
  • Monthly wellness, cell phone, and eligible remote-work Wi-Fi stipends.
  • Work-from-home equipment stipend and coworking-space subsidy for eligible remote employees.
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% company match.
  • Financial wellness resources, including guidance and access to a Certified Financial Planner.
  • Disability and life insurance with employer-paid premiums.
  • Paid sabbatical opportunities after five years for eligible employees.
  • Employee resource groups, hackathons, team events, and company-wide community initiatives.
  • Quarterly volunteer time off and opportunities for charitable giving with company matching.
