Qualifications

• Strategic marketing expertise with a track record of running integrated campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and adjust plans.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders around a shared strategy.
• Experience building, growing and sustaining professional networks or communities.
• Integrated marketing across paid, earned, owned, and events, with familiarity using AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• Venture/startup ecosystem knowledge, especially in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn, develop, and align our marketing and network strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead brand amplification across digital channels and in-person programming.
• Own network growth with lifecycle touchpoints through events, Slack, newsletters, and more.
• Coordinate events to deliver high-impact IRL experiences and strengthen the ecosystem.
• Integrate data/AI to track reach, engagement, and audience specificity.
• Provide clear cross-functional communication and alignment across departments.
• Set KPIs, justify trade-offs, and adjust tactics based on data and feedback.
