Job summary

You will partner across teams to translate business questions into reporting solutions, then present insights to senior leadership via dashboards and narrative presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar or related experience.
• Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries across core banking systems, data warehouses, and MCIF/CRM platforms.
• Engineer and deliver high-precision audience segmentation files and suppression logic for omni-channel campaigns (direct mail, digital ads, email...).
• Enforce validation protocols, data hygiene, and regulatory compliance including GLBA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, and Fair Lending.
• Automate recurring data extractions to reduce manual work and speed go-to-market cycles.
• Integrate quantitative core data with qualitative sentiment to assess full member lifecycle dynamics.
