Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related role.
  • Experience with CMS/DXP and website optimization efforts.
  • Experience with GA4 and measuring website journeys.

Responsibilities

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA,OR,ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC,CAor VA.Ifyou’relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: You’lldevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational goals while supporting growth, engagement, and business performance.
  • Strategic Direction: You’llguide marketing execution across channels and platforms, ensuring initiatives are focused on meaningful outcomes and measurable results.
  • Product & Go-To-Market Leadership: You’lllead product marketing initiatives and create effective go-to-market strategies that support product launches, adoption, and growth opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: You’llconduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover insights,identifyopportunities, and strengthen BECU’s market position.
  • Performance Measurement: You’llestablishand track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data and insights to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  • Optimization & Insights: You’lluse analytics, customer behavior patterns, and performance data toidentifyopportunities for experimentation, testing, and conversion improvements.
  • Testing & Continuous Improvement: You’llcollaborate with cross-functional partners to support testing initiatives and use performance insights to inform recommendations and future strategies.
  • Campaign Leadership: You’lloversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and businessobjectives.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: You’llwork closely with teams acrossproduct, sales, communications, analytics, digital experiences, design, and operations to drive alignment and successful execution.
  • Project Management: You’llmanage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
  • Budget Stewardship: You’llmanage marketing budgets,monitorspending, and deliveraccuratefinancial reporting to support sound business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related role

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), including designingdigital testing, personalization, content management, and website optimizationefforts
  • In-depth experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools measuring all aspects of website visitor journeys
  • Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations
  • An in-depth understanding of testing andmeasurementtechniques as it relates to experimental design and valid, repeatable results.
  • Understanding of brand management and its relationship to market positioning, marketing strategies, and tactical execution
  • Business acumen with the ability to research, analyze, and apply market, competitive, and performance insights toidentifyand support marketing opportunities
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation
