Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate financial topics for clients.

Responsibilities

• Create photography and video content, including operating equipment, editing, and directing subjects.
• Update website content, advisor bios, and blog posts.
• Support social media scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring across approved platforms.
• Perform email marketing tasks, including segmentation of client lists and reviewing emails for compliance.
• Draft and edit marketing materials such as newsletters, market updates, email communications, and blog posts.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and investment commentary summaries.
• Execute marketing campaigns focused on client education, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, including client engagement and prospect activity.
• Conduct market trends and competitor research within the wealth management sector.
• Compile insights into clear summaries to support internal strategy and firm communication initiatives.
• Schedule annual calendar of events; coordinate with venues, caterers, speakers, and vendors; communicate event info to staff and clients.
