We're looking for a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager, Sports Programming to lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives tied to EverPass' premium sports packages. You'll manage the centralized sports marketing calendar and guide how we spotlight key content across our platform, digital channels, and customer communications—ensuring the right events receive the right focus to drive tune-in, engagement, and subscription growth.

In this role, you'll define and lead campaign planning for high-impact sports moments, partnering closely with the Growth team to align on broader marketing efforts. You'll also take ownership of sales enablement materials and tune-in messaging—tailoring assets to resonate across key business verticals.

You'll work closely with Product to shape in-platform prioritization through notifications, scheduled messaging, and UI content highlights. This includes providing ongoing programming and guidance across metadata tagging and content prioritization logic to ensure a seamless viewer experience.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, campaign execution, and data-informed decision-making in a fast-paced, sports-centric environment.

What You'll Work On
  1. Lead the Weekly Sports Programming Calendar: Own centralized planning and prioritization of live events for promotion across EverPass platforms and marketing channels.
  2. Campaign Planning & Prioritization: Develop marketing strategies that elevate key sports moments across homepage placements, email, in-app messaging, and paid media.
  3. In-Platform Experience: Collaborate with Product to guide in-platform programming prioritization, metadata/tagging strategies, and event highlights.
  4. Cross-Channel Execution: Partner with creative team to build tune-in campaigns that drive viewership and tie back to acquisition & retention goals.
  5. Sales Enablement: Own and evolve sales tools tied to premium sports packages—ensuring messaging and materials are clear, effective, and adapted by vertical.
  6. Tailored Messaging by Vertical: Adjust campaign strategies and content for specific commercial segments to maximize resonance and relevance.
  7. Performance Measurement: Define and report on key success metrics—including campaign engagement rates, subscription uptick tied to promotions, and in-platform click-throughs.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure coordinated and impactful execution.
What We're Looking For
  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, content programming, or campaign management—ideally in sports, sports media, streaming, or entertainment.
  2. A strong passion for and understanding of live sports and the broader sports media ecosystem.
  3. Proven ability to manage content calendars and lead multi-channel campaigns tied to live events.
  4. Experience developing sales enablement materials and tailoring messaging by business vertical.
  5. Familiarity with streaming scheduling, metadata tagging, and content prioritization frameworks.
  6. Strong cross-functional skills, particularly in working with Product and Growth teams.
  7. Data-driven with experience reporting on engagement, conversion, and tune-in performance.
  8. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
  9. Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and project management tools.
Expected Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This range reflects current market standards and internal pay considerations. We aim to hire at the mid-range salary, with potential for higher compensation for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
