Qualifications

Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
Writes clean, specific copy.
Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
Organized enough to run a calendar and learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
Produce the content calendar with engineers who have the knowledge for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for the markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
