You’ll be the on-the-ground partner to our sales teams, helping them navigate the region's unique challenges and opportunities. This role is perfect for a driven marketer with a passion for creating exceptional sales enablement materials, as well as managing and executing events that capture our audience’s attention. Your efforts will directly support revenue growth, drive engagement, and ensure our customers’ needs are always front and centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement: Lead the creation and distribution of high-impact sales enablement materials, including marketing tool kits, presentations, product documentation, and case studies to support the sales team in achieving their goals.

  • Customer-Centric Content: Develop content that resonates with educators and students, ensuring that our sales materials speak directly to customer needs and showcase the benefits of our products and services.

  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key events and sponsorships in the region, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. This includes conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other high-profile sponsorships that increase brand exposure and foster strong customer relationships.

  • ABM Support and Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and provide tailored sales enablement resources for key accounts targeted in ABM campaigns, ensuring effective engagement through customized presentations, case studies, and content.

  • Collaboration with Sales: Act as the key marketing partner to the sales team, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to help them effectively position and sell our solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales enablement initiatives with broader marketing, product, and business objectives.

  • Market Insights: Keep a pulse on the region’s educational landscape to ensure that sales materials and events remain relevant and compelling, incorporating customer feedback and market trends into your strategies.

  • Campaign Integration: Integrate sales enablement efforts with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring that the messaging, objectives, and tools are aligned for maximum impact.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement materials and events, using data to optimize and refine strategies for future initiatives.

Competencies:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement and event management, with a track record of successfully supporting sales teams and executing impactful events.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling sales collateral and effectively present to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience managing sponsorships, trade shows, and industry events with a focus on driving engagement and building relationships.

  • A deep understanding of customer needs in the education sector, with the ability to craft messages and materials that resonate with both educators and students.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking the performance of sales enablement materials and events to continuously improve.

  • Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.

Education, Qualifications & Training:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, you may also benefit from holding a professional Marketing qualification.

  • Mastery of minimum of 1 Asian language. Evident fluency in English.
