Job summary

SWBC is seeking a marketing and presentation specialist to support its Retirement Plan Services investment advisory business. The role blends hands-on marketing execution with development and coordination of client-facing presentations, recurring deliverables, and sales materials.

You will serve as a central liaison among Retirement Plan Services leadership, advisory and investment professionals, SWBC’s corporate marketing team, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, communications, presentation development, client deliverables, or sales enablement.
• Experience supporting B2B, professional services, financial services or similarly complex environments.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills to translate complex information into executive-ready materials.
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support business development and brand objectives.
• Document, track campaign metrics and overall effectiveness.
• Lead as liaison between Retirement Plan Services, marketing, and external partners.
• Create, format, edit and update sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and proposals.
• Translate complex investment and fiduciary information into clear, visually compelling materials.
• Coordinate recurring client deliverables and related materials.
