Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
• 5 years work experience in marketing or related field required
• Experience leading marketing teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of marketing teams to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Leads, coaches, and develops marketing team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversees workload distribution, prioritization, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Aligns team activities with broader strategic objectives through clear communication and prioritization.
• Partners with Directors and cross-functional leaders to coordinate marketing strategies and resolve dependencies.
• Monitors performance of marketing programs using data to guide improvements.
• Identifies operational issues and drives quick resolution and process enhancements.
• Establishes clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversees implementation of campaigns across channels (web, email, print, digital, social, POS).
• Ensures content meets brand standards and business objectives.
