CRNA Locum Jobs is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a three-person team in Little Rock. This hands-on role requires writing, editing, social posting, email campaigns, and conference preparation, with about 95% focus on CRNA Locum Jobs and 5% on Pharmacy Locum Jobs.

You'll manage daily priorities, dashboards, and brand consistency while collaborating with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership to align marketing priorities.

Formación

• On-site in Little Rock, AR, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
• 3+ years of in-house marketing experience, including 1+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Hands-on experience managing social media strategy and content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand consistency.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and project management platforms such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and dashboards to evaluate performance and make decisions.
• Experience coaching team members and holding them accountable for results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Ability to travel to conferences and events as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Marketing Team: set priorities, assign work, coach, review content for quality, maintain a content pipeline.
• Drive Social Media & Content: execute the social strategy, manage content calendar, review upcoming content.
• Champion Brand, Conferences & Events: enforce brand standards, prep for conferences, manage ambassadors.
• Manage Performance & Reporting: maintain dashboard, track metrics, report to leadership.
• Lead B2B, Email & Provider Marketing: publish LinkedIn posts, manage provider emails and alerts.
• Keep the Website Current: coordinate updates with leadership.
• What Success Looks Like: 30/60/90 day plans and annual goals.
• Over the first year: meet deadlines, data-driven decisions, conference support.
