Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our three-person marketing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a strategy‑only position. You'll set priorities and guide the team. You'll also roll up your sleeves to write and edit content, publish social posts, build email campaigns, and prepare for conferences right alongside them. The Marketing Manager will primarily lead the day‑to‑day marketing function for CRNA Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 95% of the role, while providing marketing support to Pharmacy Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 5% of the role. You'll build on a solid foundation: defined brands, an active social presence, a conference and events calendar, and a performance dashboard. Your job is to keep the team producing at a high level and make our work sharper and more effective over time. You'll work closely with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead the Marketing Team
  • Set daily priorities and use Asana to assign work and keep the team on deadline
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management
  • Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before it goes out
  • Keep a healthy content pipeline so the team stays ahead of demand
  • Partner with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership to turn their needs into marketing priorities
  • Spot workflow improvements and bring ideas to leadership
Drive Social Media & Content
  • Execute the social media strategy, content calendar, and posting cadence across active platforms
  • Lead the weekly social media meeting and make sure upcoming content is ready for review
  • Manage a varied content mix: job posts, reels, educational content, provider‑focused content, company culture, and conference coverage
  • Monitor comments and messages and route inquiries to the right people
  • Evaluate what's working and recommend changes to topics, formats, and timing
Champion Brand, Conferences & Events
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards for voice, messaging, and visuals across all channels
  • Lead marketing preparation for conferences and events, including graphics, collateral, signage, giveaways, and social coverage
  • Coordinate conference content before and after each event so it fits the overall marketing calendar
  • Oversee the Brand Ambassador Program, making sure deliverables are completed and tracked
  • Represent the company at select conferences (e.g., the annual AANA conference and one or two smaller events each year)
Manage Performance & Reporting
  • Maintain the Marketing Dashboard, track results against each metric, and flag trends and risks
  • Build and carry out action plans when a metric falls short
  • Give leadership clear, concise performance updates on a regular schedule
  • Use data to guide content decisions across social, email, and B2B
  • Hold the team accountable for the deliverables that move our key metrics
Lead B2B, Email & Provider Marketing
  • Plan and publish a recurrent B2B LinkedIn post for facility leaders and industry decision‑makers, in alignment with Sales and leadership
  • Oversee provider email campaigns, job alerts, and recurring communications
  • Review email and B2B engagement and recommend improvements
  • Provide marketing support for text initiatives as needed
Keep the Website Current
  • Work with leadership to identify website content that needs updating and submit change requests
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days
  • You know the brands, the dashboard, the content calendar, and each team member's strengths and workload
  • You've met with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership to understand their marketing needs
  • You're running the team's daily priorities and Asana workflow, and the weekly social meeting is on track
By 60 days
  • Content is reviewed for quality and brand consistency before it goes out, and the pipeline is staying ahead of demand
  • You've held one‑on‑ones with every team member and set clear expectations and development goals
  • You're delivering regular, concise performance updates to leadership
By 90 days
  • Any metric that falls short has an action plan with an owner and a timeline
  • The weekly B2B LinkedIn post is running consistently and aligned with Sales
  • You've led marketing prep for at least one conference or event
Over the first year
  • The team consistently meets deadlines and key dashboard metrics, and trends are caught early rather than late
  • Content decisions across social, email, and B2B are visibly driven by data
  • Team members are growing, and stakeholders see marketing as a reliable partner
  • Brand standards are applied consistently across every channel and event
  • Brand Ambassador Program deliverables are completed and tracked
  • Conferences are well supported before, during, and after, with content that fits the broader calendar
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work on‑site in Little Rock, AR, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • 3+ years of in‑house marketing experience, including 1+ years leading or supervising a team
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media strategy and content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand consistency
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools such as Buffer, and project management platforms such as Asana
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and dashboards to evaluate performance and make decisions
  • Experience coaching team members and holding them accountable for results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel to conferences and events as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment marketing, or another B2B/B2C hybrid setting
  • Experience planning or supporting conferences and events, including collateral and onsite presence
  • Experience with LinkedIn B2B content, email marketing platforms, and text messaging tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar

Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship, currently or in the future. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
