Job Title: Marketing Manager - Financial Firm - San Jose, CA

Join Advisor Employee Services as a Marketing Manager in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and sales-minded individual passionate about marketing and generating prospects through effective campaigns.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Advisor Employee Services. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Base pay range: $70,000.00/year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to grow the sales pipeline
  • Plan and manage prospecting events, client events, email marketing, lead nurturing, and direct mail campaigns
  • Coordinate speaking engagements and other creative marketing activities
  • Create content and communication strategies to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Oversee marketing funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid social media efforts
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing programs for ROI
Minimum Requirements
  • Desire to build a long-term career in the financial industry
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales roles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
Skills Needed
  • Ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns with attention to detail
  • High creativity, strong work ethic, and ability to work quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on schedule
Position Details
  • Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, some evenings for client events
  • Salary: Starting at $70,000+; bonus potential of $50k-$80k
