Position Overview

Our financial planning firm, NIM Retirement Group, located in San Jose, CA, is seeking a dedicated Client Case Manager to perform diverse planning and administrative functions. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the company. Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Additional details on pay range are provided by Advisor Employee Services.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Understanding of insurance and annuity products
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • CRM experience; HubSpot preferred
  • Insurance company suitability experience preferred
  • Experience with financial services back-office case management preferred
  • Experience managing relationships with custodians like Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard preferred

  • Strong follow-through and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Persistence and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Complete and verify new business applications and in-force paperwork
  • Track and update the status of pending business
  • Resolve issues with submissions and follow up on annuity exchanges and transfers
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and upline offices for efficient processing
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and build strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on product and carrier changes
  • Ensure application cycle times meet or exceed industry standards
Additional Details
  • Salary + Bonus: $80K-$120K
  • Benefits include Medical Insurance and future stock options
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some evening client events
