The ideal candidate bridges products and customers, ensuring a consistent brand voice across events, digital platforms, and educational resources. The position emphasizes end-to-end marketing lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a marketing role with proven experience in physical event management and content creation.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills; able to write for social media hooks and technical manuals alike.
  • A master of deadlines who can juggle a 100-page catalog shipment and a trade show booth arrival simultaneously.
  • Ability to track lead conversion from trade shows and engagement metrics from social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of industry trade shows and regional events.
  • Manage booth design, vendor relationships, and on-site lead generation strategies.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and pre-show promotional campaigns to drive booth traffic.
  • Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content that grows our following and drives inbound inquiries.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Own the lifecycle of the annual product catalog, from layout and copywriting to final print production.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical accuracy and compelling value propositions.
  • Manage digital versions of catalogs to ensure ease of access for the sales team and customers.
  • Design and produce comprehensive training materials (slide decks, "how-to" guides, and video scripts) for internal teams and distributors.
  • Translate complex technical features into digestible benefits for various audience levels.
  • Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date marketing assets.
