Job summary

Astrophysics Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing activities at our City of Industry, CA headquarters. You will direct campaigns, events, content, and vendor relationships to support aggressive growth.

You’ll drive digital marketing efforts, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Travel up to 25% is required; a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience; B2B/industrial/tech or security preferred.
• Hands-on digital marketing with Google Ads, SEO, GEO, email, and website content.
• Experience managing campaigns, content, and brand across multiple channels.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, events, vendors, and related projects.
• Strong project management, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international trips.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive team to set marketing priorities and support initiatives.
• Manage campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and other channels with timelines and KPIs.
• Plan and manage participation in trade shows and industry events, including logistics and materials.
• Oversee daily digital marketing activities and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Create, review, and update marketing materials and communications for accuracy.
• Coordinate video production and content projects with internal and external partners.
• Maintain and update website content and press releases with accurate information.
• Research industry trends and market data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Strengthen brand presence across websites, materials, and events.
