Job description

We're hiring a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to fuel pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, in-house events, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement. If you're a builder who thrives in fast-paced startups and knows how to turn strategy into results, this role is for you.

You'll lead day-to-day execution of PPC, LinkedIn marketing, remarketing, email campaigns, content development, in-house event strategy, and lead lifecycle optimization, with a sharp focus on engaging HR and People leaders at mid-market companies. This role is central to scaling our go-to-market engine in a mission-driven mental health startup.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation, Paid Media & Remarketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Manage remarketing strategies to re-engage cold and warm leads across channels.
  • Continuously test creative, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

Lifecycle Marketing & Email Strategy

  • Build and manage email sequences for lead nurturing, sales enablement, and customer re-engagement.
  • Map the full marketing lifecycle, identifying gaps and optimizing each stage for conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, lead scoring, and timely follow-up.

In-House Events & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute Nivati-hosted webinars, roundtables, and virtual workshops to attract HR leaders.
  • Coordinate promotion, content, speaker support, and post-event lead workflows.
  • Align campaign themes and timing with broader sales and marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, email templates).
  • Support outbound sequences in HubSpot or Salesloft, ensuring messaging is tailored and conversion-optimized.
  • Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to identify what's working-and scale it.

What You Bring

  • Evidence based proficiency in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or digital health.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing, and HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Experience marketing to HR and People leaders, and understanding their buyer journey.
  • Strong grasp of email lifecycle mapping, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated success planning marketing-led events and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
  • Data-driven and organized-you take initiative, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver.
  • Passion for mental health and a belief in making care more accessible through innovation.
