Job Shift: Full Time

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct marketing team members in implementing the marketing plan to drive strategic market growth of Brodart products and services across all web, ecommerce, and print channels.
  • Define and drive marketing strategies to achieve plan goals by directing the creation, development, and maintenance of engaging and intuitive content for all customer communication channels, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging strategies, and continuously assessing content architecture, navigation, interactivity design, and overall quality.
  • Analyze market research and consumer trends for reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, service, and bids.
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services in the market.
  • Oversee new product launch activities.
  • Plan and implement marketing programs and campaigns, coordinating all efforts to create customer awareness and demand for Brodart products and services.
  • Research, investigate, and develop evolving technologies and methods to deliver, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Lead and direct marketing team members as necessary to support the marketing plan, new business, and new client development.
  • Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving teams as required.
  • Directly and indirectly supervise employees, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, delegating, administering time and attendance policies, monitoring, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving complaints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management; Master's Degree/MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of marketing, research, product development/management, direct marketing, and segmentation.
  • Five to seven years of experience in directing marketing programs with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth; 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Passionate interest in strategies linked to understanding customers and customer behavior; self‑driven, analytical, creative problem‑solver, leader and team player, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a normal office environment, requiring close and distant vision, use of hands and fingers, talking and hearing, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 5–60 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Occasional travel to customers and company conventions that may include weekends.
