Nmble is a certified woman-owned, certified small business helping companies hire smarter and build stronger teams. We're a growing, founder-led firm, a member of the American Staffing Association and BBB Accredited.
Today we operate four practices under one brand:
- Nmble Hiring Solutions — our hub for direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire recruiting across sales, technology, finance, lending, learning & development and more.
- Nmble Medical — healthcare staffing for practices and medical-device organizations, from clinical support to field service.
- Nmble Workforce Advisory — consulting on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy, including building TA teams and integrating AI into recruiting.
- Nmble Manufacturing — talent solutions for manufacturing, industrial and supply chain employers.
We're hiring our first Marketing Manager to own two engines that drive our growth: B2B lead generation (bringing in new clients) and recruitment marketing (attracting great candidates). You'll build the strategy, run the programs and measure what works across all four Nmble practices.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a start-up environment. You'll report directly to our Co-Founder, work closely with our recruiters and sales team, and have real influence on how the Nmble brand shows up in the market. If you like building from the ground up and seeing your work tie directly to revenue and placements, this is for you.
What you'll do

- Keep one consistent Nmble brand while giving each practice a clear, distinct message.
- Set the marketing budget, channel mix and quarterly priorities with leadership.
B2B lead generation
- Plan and run demand-generation campaigns that deliver qualified meetings for our sales team.

- Plan webinars, events and observance-day campaigns that put Nmble in front of HR and business leaders.
- Partner with sales on lead scoring, hand-off and follow-up.
Candidate recruitment marketing
- Build employer-brand and candidate-attraction campaigns for open roles across all practices.
- Manage job-board strategy, job ad copy and paid social for hard-to-fill searches.
- Grow and engage talent communities through email, social and referral programs.
- Work with recruiters to build candidate pipelines for specialized roles, from healthcare to manufacturing to finance.
Content, web and channels
- Own nmble.com and nmblemedical.com content, SEO and conversion, including support for our website redesign.
- Run the editorial calendar: blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and video.
- Manage email marketing and protect deliverability and list health.
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies and vendors as needed.
Measurement
- Track and report pipeline, cost per lead, cost per applicant, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Use data to shift budget and effort toward what's working.
