Revenue Marketing / Sales Enablement Team

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in the U.S.

Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development of compelling sales enablement content and tools that drive alignment across revenue-generating teams. This role will serve as a strategic connector between marketing functions and sales, ensuring timely, data-informed content that supports go-to-market efforts and sales success.

Our Ideal Candidate

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in sales enablement or a related revenue-driving function

Passion for creating strategic, value-driven content with a strong foundation in storytelling and audience-centric messaging

Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides), with strong content creation and project management skills

Familiar with tools like Highspot, Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft (bonus)

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product marketing, brand, lifecycle, and sales

Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder input

Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

Adept at synthesizing data into actionable insights and creative collateral

Job Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of impactful sales enablement content, aligning messaging and materials with strategic business goals.

You’ll partner with sales, product marketing, lifecycle, brand, and social teams to produce engaging, insight-driven deliverables. This includes crafting compelling copy, building pitch decks, conducting audience research, and coordinating go-to-market plans that support field success.

You will also support the organization of content repositories and refine asset mapping to optimize accessibility and usability, ultimately supporting the broader marketing team’s impact on sales outcomes.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Background in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or content strategy

Familiarity with enablement platforms and sales engagement tools a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $47 – $51 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
