We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This role will be pivotal in building awareness, driving qualified leads, and strengthening Octopyd’s position as a leader in AI-powered recruitment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive awareness and lead generation.
• Content & Campaigns – Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media, newsletters) to engage HR leaders, recruiters, and founders.
• Brand Building – Strengthen Octopyd’s brand presence through thought leadership, PR, events, and partnerships.
• Demand Generation – Plan and run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing) to drive pipeline growth.
• Product Marketing – Partner with product and sales teams to craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytics & Optimization – Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize strategies for ROI and conversion.
• Event & Community Engagement – Coordinate webinars, conference participation, and community-building activities to amplify Octopyd’s reach.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or AI-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling narratives.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo (or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative, data-driven, and customer-obsessed mindset.
