Position Overview
TheMarketing Managerleads the day-to-day execution of NuTrail's social and digital marketing efforts across digital, influencer, email, and website. This role is critical in scaling our marketing function, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring all campaigns and partnerships align with our brand and business goals.This is mission critical for building awareness, household penetration and brand love.
You’ll report to the CMO and cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life across every consumer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day social and digital marketing execution.
- Mentor and support 2 Marketing Coordinators, ensuring clear priorities, effective workflows, and professional development.
Social Media & Community
- Lead social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and content across the entire digital ecosystem.
- Oversee community management, coaching team members on customer interactions and brand advocacy. When needed, execute community management.
- Maintain and evolve the FAQ and response documentation to support the team.
Influencer & Partnerships
- Lead influencer marketing strategy, including paid and gifted campaigns, relationship management, and ROI tracking.
- Execute paid influencer partnerships.
- Manage third-party marketing partners and vendors to ensure alignment with brand goals and budget.
Content & Creative Direction
- Direct and oversee content creation across digital platforms (photo, video, copy) to ensure a consistent brand voice and cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager and Design Coordinator to produce assets that support campaigns and sales.
Budget & Planning
- Manage the social and digital budget including influencer and content creation budget, ensuring efficient spend.
- Track spending against KPIs and report on marketing ROIs.
- Develop and maintain the detailed social calendar.
Consumer Response
- Own communication with consumers that reach out to us directly through email or through retailers, namely Costco.Use each touchpoint as an opportunity to demonstrate compassion and build brand love.
- Enter quality contacts in the quality spreadsheet and facilitate getting any additional information the QA Manager needs to investigate incidents.
- Maintain Consumer Response FAQ document.
- Report monthly on types of contacts, flag emerging quality issues, and mine contacts for actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategy.
- Identify new platforms, tools, or campaign opportunities to elevate the brand.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support company-wide initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for all marketing activities.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the marketing team, representing progress and needs to leadership.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in the consumer sector, preferably CPG, food/beverage, premium, wellness or lifestyle brands.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Experience managing influencer programs, content creation, and social media strategy.
- A creative eye with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
