We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will shape the agency's marketing strategies and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to create marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the agency's brand image through messaging, visual identity, and communication strategies.
  3. Content Creation: Approve or produce engaging content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blogs, social media, and case studies.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  5. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients through targeted marketing and lead generation.
  6. Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing campaigns ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  7. Market Research: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports for decision-making.
  9. Manage Advertising Teams and Campaigns: Lead advertising efforts, including LinkedIn, outside advertising, and PPC strategies.
  10. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate marketing efforts and deliver cohesive solutions.
  11. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  12. Social Media Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee social media specialists.
  13. Social Media Strategy: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  14. Content Calendar: Maintain a quarterly content calendar for campaigns and themes.
  15. Approve Weekly Campaigns: Review and approve social media campaigns from the team.
  16. Branding Guidelines: Develop and maintain branding standards for consistency.
  17. Advertising and PPC Teams: Lead paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and leads.
  18. Announce New Clients: Strategize and execute client announcement campaigns via press releases, social media, and newsletters.
  19. Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  20. Award Submissions: Identify and submit to industry awards.
  21. SEO and Blog Content: Oversee blog and external editorials to boost SEO and brand visibility.
  22. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years experience in marketing, preferably in PR or advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Data analysis and campaign optimization skills.
  • Project management proficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing software (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.
