Your Impact as Marketing Manager:

As our US Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing execution. You'll manage and implement marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and showcase The Goat Agency's expertise. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, running dynamic campaigns, and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with our key audiences.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Manage and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to achieve brand and lead generation goals.
• Develop and create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, social media content, white papers, and sales enablement resources.
• Lead on press communications and relationship building with key US publications and media.
• Work with our Social Media Manager to capture and plan US focused social content to drive awareness
• Assist in the execution of lead generation strategies and campaigns, working with the team to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
• Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
• Work closely with sales, client services, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective.

This Role Is For You If You Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Agency experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. Familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape is beneficial.
• Experience in drafting press releases and pitches for media, as well as coming up with proactive angles for pitching.
• A creative flair for developing engaging content, combined with strong attention to detail in execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different channels and audiences.
• The ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights. Experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team.
