Description du poste

About Telgorithm

Telgorithm is a communications platform as a service (CPaaS) provider building the future of business texting by powering the messages you receive every day.

We’re a modern messaging API provider, helping enterprise software companies deliver compliant, high-quality SMS, MMS, RCS and voice at scale for their customers - think business communications like appointment reminders, marketing messages, delivery updates, 2FA etc.

By combining best-in-class customer support, deep compliance expertise, and patented technology, Telgorithm works behind the scenes to eliminate the headaches, helping our customers say goodbye to compliance rejections, error codes, and poor deliverability that frustrate their customers.

If you want to join a team that’s solving real problems and building technology used by millions behind the scenes every day, you’ll love it here.

About this Opportunity

At Teglorithm, you’ll get a chance to own execution A-Z. You’ll work across departments and closely with senior leadership to hit company goals. This role is for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is collaborative and wants real project ownership, accountability and impact over their work.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day execution of Telgorithm’s communications and digital marketing programs. You’ll plan, launch and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with an emphasis on lead generation in collaboration with the Senior Lead of Sales and Marketing. You’ll work to align marketing with business goals, generate demand and support sales, making sure the right message reaches the right audience. You’ll partner with sales, product, customer success and leadership, as well as external partners and vendors.

You’ll report to the Senior Lead of Sales and Marketing, Lauren Spinelli, and act as the day-to-day project lead. This role is ideal for a B2B marketer who has built strategic lead generation campaigns and is energized by building new capabilities. You enjoy balancing ownership with hands-on execution. You’re a self-starter who moves quickly, does well in a fully remote (U.S.) role and likes that no two days look the same.

Location: Fully remote (US).

Travel: Some travel required for annual offsites and marketing events (2 -3 weeks per year)

About You

  • An owner. You’re excited by real ownership, accountability and impact. You take projects from idea to results without waiting to be told.

  • Someone who makes the complex simple. You can sit with the product or CX team, understand why a technical product matters and make that clear to a buyer. You stay curious about how things work and turn product and R&D conversations into stories.

  • A strong writer and storyteller. You have outstanding writing, storytelling and presentation skills. You’ve created email campaigns, newsletters, website content and sales enablement materials.

  • A generalist. You’re happy to write an email in the morning, tune a LinkedIn campaign at lunch and prep a webinar in the afternoon.

  • Fast and organized. You have strong project management skills and juggle multiple priorities well. You move quickly and thrive in a startup environment where things change.

  • A problem solver. You look for a way forward, test ideas and learn from the data.

  • A collaborator. You’re an excellent communicator who works well across teams, both inside and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and manage integrated B2B lead generation campaigns across multi-channels like social, web, email etc and support paid marketing initiatives when appropriate.

  • Collaborate in shaping messaging and go-to-market strategies using buyer personas and the buyer’s journey to guide messaging, positioning and content strategy. Help plan and support new product launches.

  • Research industry trends, competitors and customer and prospect needs. Use that research to write blog posts, web content, newsletters, whitepapers and thought leadership with a clear point of view.

  • Develop case studies, customer reviews, testimonials and other social proof, from customer interview to final asset.

  • Build email campaigns, customer newsletters and nurture programs.

  • Run execution of organic social channels day to day: keep the content calendar full, schedule posts, engage the community, track what resonates and grow awareness.

  • Turn customer, product and market insight into sales enablement tools. Build and maintain landing pages, one-pagers, gated content, pitch decks, product 1-sheets and email templates.

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns including webinars, Q&As, field events etc.

  • Support with brand campaigns and execution of industry event attendance, award submissions etc.

  • Script, schedule and facilitate video and audio content such as tutorials, demos and testimonials.

  • Lead projects from concept through launch and measurement. Manage timelines, priorities and follow-through, and keep the team clear on what’s due.

  • Track performance in Google Analytics and HubSpot, report regularly on progress and metrics, and use the data to improve results.

  • Partner with sales, product, customer success and leadership. Coordinate with agencies, SEO partners, freelancers and other external partners.

  • Use AI to work smarter. Use tools like Claude for research, drafting and workflow automation to move faster as a lean team.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in telecommunications, SaaS, startup or agency.

  • Proven track record planning, launching and managing organic and paid lead generation campaigns.

  • Success developing marketing strategies that drive growth and adoption of products or features.

  • Experience with sales enablement, sales literature, content strategy, websites, digital marketing and marketing analytics.

  • Comfortable working in HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, Google Analytics, Canva and social scheduling tools.

  • Strong project management, prioritization and decision-making skills. You keep multiple projects moving and choose between competing priorities based on key metrics.

  • Accountable. You own your work from start to finish, balancing quality, practicality and pace. Your work is highly visible and directly affects the broader team.

  • Self-directed and collaborative. You work well on your own and remotely. You ask good questions early and keep Sales and Product in the loop.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
