• Proven success scaling brands, marketing functions or professional service businesses.
• Strong hands on expertise in SEO, PPC, websites, email, social media, direct mail, content and automation.
• Experience in property tax, real estate, financial services, legal, consulting or B2C marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, analytics, attribution, conversion optimization and lead nurturing.
• Excellent project management, communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO, website, content, email marketing, PPC, social media, direct mail, retargeting and referral campaigns.
• Build a fully integrated, data driven and scalable digital marketing ecosystem.
• Increase qualified leads, conversions, client engagement, referrals and market share.
• Strengthen O’Connor’s digital visibility and leadership within the property tax reduction industry.
• Manage website performance, landing pages, conversion funnels, customer journeys and marketing automation.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market intelligence and growth opportunity assessment.
• Build lead generation, nurturing, attribution and campaign reporting systems.
• Track ROI, CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline contribution and campaign performance.
• Manage agencies, vendors, designers, writers, developers and offshore support teams.
• Partner closely with leadership, sales, operations and technology teams.
• Support marketing growth across property tax reduction, business personal property, cost segregation, appraisal and tax consulting services.
• Travel to India when required to strengthen collaboration and execution.
