Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a client in the architecture, engineering, or construction sector in finding an experienced Marketing Manager to lead proposals and support digital marketing, branding, and project photography initiatives.

You will manage RFP responses, coordinate with project teams, design materials in InDesign, update WordPress content, run campaigns, and oversee social media and photography on active sites to ensure consistent branding across all materials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction firm.
• Strong understanding of the RFP and proposal development process.
• Advanced, hands-on Adobe InDesign experience.
• Experience maintaining or updating websites through WordPress.
• Social media management and scheduling experience.
• Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and deadline-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce professional marketing and proposal materials using Adobe InDesign
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth and visibility
• Manage company social media, including content creation and scheduling through Hootsuite or similar platforms
• Maintain and update company website content using WordPress
• Develop presentations and marketing materials using PowerPoint
• Coordinate project photography and video shoots, including scheduling with field teams
• Visit active construction sites to capture and coordinate marketing content
• Maintain consistent branding across proposals, digital platforms, presentations, and other materials

This role will lead proposal efforts while also supporting digital marketing, company branding, project photography, and other marketing initiatives.
