Job description

Marketing Manager

Fulltime | Remote | U.S. East Coast

Who We Are vialytics is revolutionizing how cities manage road infrastructure. Our AI-powered road management system, combining intelligent software with a simple smartphone, enables municipalities to detect road damage, prioritize maintenance, and make smarter infrastructure decisions.

Founded in 2018 in Germany, we have rapidly scaled across Europe and the U.S., supporting 1000+ municipalities in 7 countries.

We're now entering the next phase of growth:

  • accelerating our international expansion
  • taking our product to the next level
  • building an organization that truly scales

The U.S. is a key part of that journey. We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive our growth in the U.S. market.

About the role - Ready to make an impact?

This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

As our U.S.Marketing Manager, you’ll be the marketing partner for our U.S.Sales, SDR and Customer Operations teams, driving marketing activities that create measurable impact on pipeline and growth.

You’ll be part of our Global Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director Global Marketing, working closely with colleagues across the U.S.and Europe. To enable smooth collaboration across time zones, we’re looking for someone whose working hours significantly overlap with Central European business hours. Therefore we are looking for East Coast time zone based candidates only.

Your Key Responsibilities - What you'll do

You make our global strategy work in the U.S.

You’ll translate global campaigns, positioning and product launches into relevant, effective programs for the U.S. market. At the same time, you’ll bring insights from the U.S. back into our Global Marketing team.

  • Build and accelerate pipeline : Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, webinars, social media and partner channels. You’ll work closely with Sales and SDRs to make sure leads don’t just get generated, but reach the right people and move through the funnel.
  • Own our U.S. events : Conferences and events are an important growth channel for vialytics in the U.S., and you’ll own them end to end. From planning and logistics to event materials, shipping and follow-up, you’ll make sure our events run smoothly and that every lead has a clear next step. This also means occasional travel to conferences and events across the U.S. Yes, this role is strategic. And yes, sometimes it also means making sure the booth gets to the right city at the right time.
  • Build our presence in the U.S.: Help vialytics become a recognized voice in the U.S. market. You’ll identify relevant stories and opportunities and drive press releases and media activities that build awareness and credibility.
  • Turn customers into advocates : Our existing customers are an important part of our story. Together with Customer Operations, you’ll develop customer marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, direct mail, customer events and customer success stories.
  • Enable our Sales team : You’ll work closely with our U.S. revenue teams and provide the content, campaigns and collateral they need to support real pipeline conversations.
  • Measure what matters : Marketing should create measurable business impact. You’ll use Salesforce campaigns and attribution to understand how marketing contributes to the funnel, pipeline and revenue. You’ll monitor conversion rates and campaign performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve how we work.
  • Own your budget : You’ll independently manage the U.S. portion of our global marketing budget within an agreed plan, balancing opportunities across campaigns, events and other channels.
We would be the perfect match if you...
  • Bring at least 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in field marketing, demand generation or a similarly broad role
  • Have hands‑on experience planning and executing events and campaigns end to end
  • Are experienced in working with Salesforce campaigns, CRM data and marketing attribution
  • Have solid experience with email marketing and content, and understand how Marketing, SDRs and Sales work together to generate and progress pipeline
  • Are comfortable managing competing priorities and budgets independently
  • Work in a structured way and look for ways to improve processes rather than repeatedly fixing the same problems
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, including with senior stakeholders
  • Have a proactive mindset, spotting opportunities and turning them into action rather than waiting for a list of tasks
  • Have strong knowledge of the U.S. market
  • Are willing and able to travel within the U.S. for conferences and customer events

Simply put, you are a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys both building the plan and making it happen.

Bonus points if you have experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public works, infrastructure, engineering, GIS, or local government.

What We Offer:
  • Remote-first work environment
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 18 vacation days + 8 sick days
