Marketing Manager American Home Contractors (Infinity Home Services) | Washington DC-Baltimore Area | On-site | Full-time

What Sets You Apart

Are you a full-funnel marketer who thrives on owning the whole picture? We are looking for a strategic, driven, and hungry Marketing Manager to serve as the marketing leader for American Home Contractors and represent our brand. This is not a support role, you are the marketing department, and you will own brand marketing end to end, hands‑on, working across Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. If you can drive demand, build brand equity, own the customer relationship, and report on all of it with confidence, we want you on our team.

How You Will Help

As a Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing funnel from lead generation to organic social, reputation management, customer loyalty, and local content. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role responsible for executing marketing initiatives that generate new customer opportunities while increasing engagement, retention, and referrals from our existing customer base. You will operate across every marketing channel and serve as the primary marketing partner to brand leadership. Your decisions directly shape how the brand grows, how it is perceived in its market, and how effectively it converts awareness into revenue.

Responsibilities

Google Local Service Ads (LSA): Own LSA strategy and execution, including bid management, budget, spend pacing, and lead quality review. Make real‑time optimization decisions to maximize lead volume and ROI. Running paid lead and ad campaigns yourself is a must, including troubleshooting underperformance and pivoting mid‑month rather than waiting for the month‑end report.

Lead Performance: Monitor lead flow, identify underperformance, and diagnose root causes. Analyze conversion funnel data and surface actionable recommendations to the Regional Marketing Manager. Work closely with brand‑level teams to align lead flow with appointment goals and capacity. Execute marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation through digital, traditional, customer loyalty, referral, and on‑location marketing channels. Lead customer acquisition efforts through community events, sponsorships, association involvement, local partnerships, and grassroots marketing opportunities. Balance lead generation, customer loyalty, and brand awareness campaigns to support broader organizational goals.

Ad Spend Management: Manage advertising budgets for the Brand. Make real‑time pacing and allocation recommendations to maximize return on ad spend. Track expenditures, ensure financial accuracy, and report on budget performance.

Event Coordination: AHC does not have an events program yet, and we want someone who will enjoy building one. Lead planning of local events and home shows from start to finish, which is more than staffing a booth. Manage vendor relationships, logistics, on‑site coordination, and post‑event reporting. Align every event with the AHC brand, its objectives, and seasonal demand priorities.

Sponsorships: Strengthen community presence and brand visibility through local partnerships, networking opportunities, and sponsorships. Evaluate local sponsorship opportunities and manage ongoing partner relationships. Assess ROI against brand objectives and make recommendations on renewals or new investments. Coordinate branded materials and presence for all sponsorship activations.

Customer Loyalty: Own repeat and referral campaigns, driving revenue from the existing customer base. Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email and SMS to past customers, referral audiences, and cross‑sell opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and implement data‑driven optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and lifetime customer value.

Brand Engagement: Conduct regular marketing performance reviews and support on‑site execution of events and activations. Serve as the performance marketing subject‑matter expert in brand‑level business reviews, translating performance metrics into actionable insights for brand leadership.

Organic Social Media: Own the organic social media strategy and execution, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and platform management. Develop brand‑consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms that reflects the brand's voice and local community. Lead the development and execution of a user‑generated content (UGC) strategy, making authentic customer experiences, testimonials, project highlights, and community engagement a core component of the brand's social presence. Proactively identify, source, and curate UGC while building relationships with customers, local businesses, influencers, community organizations, and brand partners to expand reach and engagement. Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats, translating insights into actionable content recommendations.

Community Management: Monitor social media and online channels for comments, mentions, and messages and respond promptly and professionally. Build and maintain an active, engaged online community for the brand. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relationships with local audiences through organic engagement, partnerships, and community‑facing content.

Google Business Profile (GBP): Own GBP management, including listing accuracy, photo libraries, posts, Q&A, and service descriptions. Monitor and optimize profile performance to improve local search visibility and map pack presence. Ensure consistency of business information across all profiles and correct discrepancies across third‑party directories.

Reviews & Online Reputation: Manage online reputation efforts to support review growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner. Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, supporting each brand's local reputation and search ranking. Track review volume and sentiment trends by brand and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Manager. Identify recurring themes in negative feedback and escalated patterns that may indicate operational issues.

Local Content Creation: Be behind the lens. Curate a living photo and video library, including job site shots, before and afters, crew highlights, and customer clips, putting the photos and content from our internal tools to work. Get out in the field to be the camera, and work directly with field teams and project managers to capture content from active jobs, ensuring a consistent pipeline of authentic, local creative assets. This is a strategy‑and‑capture role, not an influencer or YouTuber role.

Strategy, Tools & AI: Push strategy forward and put the right tools to work. We are progressive about technology and see AI as a way to multiply great work, not a shortcut. We will train you and give you a clear path on the AI tools we use; we ask for curiosity, an open mind, and full ownership of your output, including being able to show your work.

Brand Engagement: Travel regularly within the region to maintain working relationships, conduct in‑market brand reviews, and support content creation. Serve as the brand marketing subject‑matter expert in brand‑level business reviews, translating brand performance metrics into actionable insights for brand leadership.

Other duties as assigned.
