This fully onsite role in Fremont includes responsibilities across various marketing functions, requiring at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in public speaking.

Job description

Marketing Manager or Marketing Director (DOE)

Role and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Phihong on a global level.
• Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message in the power supply market.
• Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
• Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
• Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
• Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate / marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
• Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
