Job summary

Charter Next Generation, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a strategic marketing professional to partner with market leaders across converter films and specialty films. You will shape brand messaging, develop collateral, and drive growth across key markets in our manufacturing network.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and a focus on sustainability and customer partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AI.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs and brand initiatives.
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, driving new ideas from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner aligning brand positioning to priorities.
  • Ensure brand is consistently represented across touchpoints.
  • Own and manage all sales and marketing collateral.
  • Support social media strategy, trade shows, and lead management.
  • Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a safety leader in marketing activities and events.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Represent CNG at EDGE Events and other initiatives.
  • Lead branding for products and platforms including websites and ads.
  • Develop mastery of CNG products and sustainability roadmap.
  • Maintain understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Model CNG culture with urgency, ownership, and measurable results.
  • Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

From supporting internal teams to developing next-gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you’ll do work that matters—and own it all.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to CNG Market Leaders, supporting growth across key end markets by aligning brand positioning, messaging, and tools to commercial priorities specific to Converter Films and Specialty Films- Food.
  • Ensure CNG’s brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints, reflecting the company’s reputation for innovation, quality, sustainability, and customer partnership.
  • Own and manage all sales and marketing collateral—including PowerPoint modules, sell sheets, brochures, product catalogs, technical data sheets, and digital tools—ensuring accuracy, technical credibility, and alignment with CNG’s value proposition.
  • Support CNG’s social media strategy, trade show presence, and lead management processes to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that clearly communicate CNG’s differentiated capabilities and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Act as a safety leader, reinforcing CNG’s commitment to safety as a core value in all marketing activities, events, and partnerships.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events that showcase CNG’s technologies, sustainability initiatives, and market leadership.
  • Represent CNG at EDGE Events and other CNG-hosted initiatives that reinforce the company’s culture, expertise, and customer relationships.
  • Lead branding initiatives for CNG products and platforms, including website content, digital presence, advertising, brochures, and market-focused insights.
  • Develop a working mastery of CNG’s products, technologies, sustainability roadmap, and development pipeline to effectively support technical selling and storytelling.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics within CNG’s served industries.
  • Model and reinforce CNG’s culture by operating with urgency, ownership, transparency, and measurable results.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and credibility when working with internal leaders, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
