The Role

From supporting internal teams to developing next‑gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you’ll do work that matters—and own it all.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business hours

What You’ll Do
  • Key partner to VP – FP&A and Corporate Controller in reporting total CNG consolidated results as well as supporting VP of CFO, commercial finance, operations finance, and accounting teams. Liaison between IT and finance team on related projects.
  • Ownership of all EPM related activities, including general administration, end‑user support, maintenance, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead efforts to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and facilitate improvements in the forecasting/budgeting processes within the EPM system.
  • Primary partner for EPM solution provider regarding system changes, improvement requests and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Lead financial consolidations process and onboarding of new and acquired business units.
  • Ownership of CNG data governance efforts and ensuring accurate migration of data from source systems to the financial systems through administration and validation of data.
  • Implement all approved metadata updates, including data calculations, reports, utilizing a test application where necessary before moving updates into production.
  • Analyze processes to monitor and control data integrity, security, calculations and associated controls that support accurate reporting.
  • Identify, develop, and deploy “best practices” to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create smooth and compliant system month‑end close processes and budget/forecast cycles.
  • Train users and compile documentation regarding reporting, budget/forecast input process, data load schedules, etc.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 2 years of financial system administration experience required.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a publicly traded or large PE owned company.
  • Working knowledge of a querying language (SQL, Python, MDX, etc).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence and foster relationships cross functionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and as committed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operational finance and manufacturing a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Advanced in Excel & PP) and OneStream. Experience with Oracle Cloud or other EPM suites a plus.
